today got IMT training muz b in sch by 3.30 but i go sch bout 2.45 cause change to no.4 need at least 1/2 hour so anyways derrick and adam came late cause derrick left his boots in the taxi on sat when goin lan dat time so he go buy den adam folo him.. the boots cost a bomb lar $65 but he was dam suay cause club house inside got racks of boots left behind by seniors so actually no need de.. anyways my score was
4.8/ 4.5/ 4.7/ 5.2 =) and the coach says im average and learning 2 bcome a good shooter =)) the others were quite ok too but An Lin was the best among us dat time i thnk but dam shyt lar go dere shoot 16 bullets den sit dere watch the sec 2 sec 3 but had lots of fun jokin around thinkin of ways to sabo other teams during the competition in the end finish 7.30... waste my time sia!!
AND AND the guy (comando) said pumping is bad for our health =)) and says ns do bout 20 den 30 mins do another 20 le wakao last time we do 50 den hold in dat position for 5 mins while surgeun tok crap b4 continueing another 20
